Shipping Policy

DISANGNI (DISANGNI_nails) is operated by Leading Horse (Hong Kong) Co., Limited, a Hong Kong company. Products ship from Nantong, Jiangsu, China.

1. Destinations

We ship to Japan and countries worldwide. We will contact you if a service suspension or destination restriction prevents delivery.

2. Processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 days of ordering. Where payment confirmation is required, processing starts after confirmation. We will advise you if order or address checks require additional time.

3. Delivery

Delivery normally takes 5–15 days after dispatch, excluding processing time. Transit time varies by country or region, customs clearance, weather and carrier conditions; delays may occur. After dispatch, we email a tracking number or other tracking information.

4. Japan shipping charges

Free shipping on merchandise subtotals of JPY 3,000 or more after discounts. Below JPY 3,000, shipping costs JPY 600.

5. Shipping outside Japan

Free shipping on merchandise subtotals equivalent to JPY 3,000 (approximately US$20) or more after discounts. Below that threshold, shipping costs the equivalent of JPY 600.

The international threshold and shipping charge are converted from Japanese yen and vary with exchange rates. The threshold is not a fixed US$20. Check checkout for the applicable shipping charge.

6. Import duties and taxes

We bear import duties and import taxes associated with delivery of our products. Our policy is that customers are not charged these costs on receipt.

If a carrier or customs authority requests payment, promptly contact us with your order number and the payment request. If you have already paid, provide your receipt or other evidence. We will verify the charge and arrange reimbursement.

7. Address changes and delivery issues

Enter your address, postcode and contact details accurately. Request address changes before dispatch; changes may not be possible depending on processing status. If a package does not arrive, tracking stops updating or goods arrive damaged, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate and advise you.
