We are a Hong Kong company operating an online store for nail tips and nail supplies. Products ship from, and returns go to, Nantong, Jiangsu, China. The Hong Kong company address is not a return address. Contact us before returning goods for the exact address and instructions.

2. Prices and payment

Prices appear on product pages. Check checkout before confirming your order for discounts, shipping, currency and the final total. Available payment methods and timing are shown at checkout or in payment-provider instructions.

We bear import duties and import taxes associated with delivery. Contact us with your order number and the request if a carrier or customs authority asks you to pay.

3. Dispatch and delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 days of ordering, or after payment confirmation where required. Products ship from Nantong, Jiangsu, China. Delivery normally takes 5–15 days after dispatch, excluding processing time. Transit time varies by destination, customs, weather and carrier conditions; delays may occur.

We ship to Japan and countries worldwide. We will advise you if service restrictions prevent delivery. For Japan, shipping is free at a merchandise subtotal of JPY 3,000 or more after discounts, or JPY 600 below that threshold. Outside Japan, shipping is free at the equivalent of JPY 3,000 (approximately US$20), or the equivalent of JPY 600 below the threshold. Converted amounts vary with exchange rates. 4. Returns, refunds and cancellations

You may request a return for any reason within 7 days of receipt, including sizing, design or colour preference and ordering mistakes. Email dsn7791@gmail.com with your order number and the items to return. Returns go to Nantong, Jiangsu, China; we provide the exact address and instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping and original shipping actually paid is not refunded. We do not retrospectively charge original shipping for orders that qualified for free shipping. For defects, damage, incorrect deliveries or other issues attributable to us, we pay necessary return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

After receiving and checking returned goods, we normally refund the original payment method. Posting time varies by payment provider or card issuer. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, use the return process once goods arrive. See the Returns and Refunds Policy. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Intellectual property

Site text, images, logos and designs belong to us or rightful third-party owners. Unauthorised copying, republication, modification or distribution is prohibited except as permitted by law.
